"Save Money Now" is an internet information website which aims to bring consumers the best deals known to us for the main household commitments. This includes utility bills, insurance, groceries, mortgages, fuel bills and other costs.
We bring you these offers through our links with leading Price Comparison sites or individual retailers known to have a leading offer in a particular sector.
All bookings are processed directly with the selected operator, so our role is limited to providing you with the information you are seeking. We play no part in the actual booking process.
All content is included solely on a "what's the best way to save money" stance. Affiliate links are searched for, but if none are suitable, a non-affiliate link is still included . While affiliate links look and work the same way as normal links; if someone clicks through, the link is tracked which generates a payment to the site (sometimes for the click, per user, per application, per accepted application or any combination).
This should not compromise the site. If no paying link is available, or a non-paying link gives a superior offer that link is still included. If the best is the best and doesn't pay, it stays the best. The link used is simply a "non-affiliated" i.e. non-paying link.
However, product rates and best buys change all the time, as do the top products with available affiliate links.
Where do our paid "Affiliate Links" come from?
They come from finance comparison sites like Moneysupermarket and Compare The Market or affiliate sites such as Tradedoubler or Commission Junction. Their links are used and then if someone clicks through, this site gets a split of their revenue - this is income which would otherwise be retained by that service provider, it does not affect charges that customers have to pay. The operators are content to pay us as we are sending enquiries to them that they may otherwise not get.
Occasionally links are direct to comparison services themselves, e.g. for home insurance, energy or broadband. Again, this is only because within the context of this site's purpose they're the best way to save money, not because they pay us.
Several of our links such as the "Say No to 0870 Numbers" campaign and the Fuel Price Comparison Site "Petrolprices.com" do not pay us, but they provide a service integral to our mission to save you money.
